Day 3: 14 Min Core
Despite the name, no crunches are actually required in this spicy little core class. We hit every part of the abdominal wall, with a specific focus on the side obliques and the deepest abs - the TVA (transverse abdominus). You'll explore rotation, ANTI-rotation, and lateral flexion (aka side bends) all while locking in to that powerhouse for stability. Throw on wrist or ankle weights for a little extra heat.
