Day 2: 16 Min Total Body
When we start to do the little stuff right, the big stuff gets easier - in life AND Pilates! We explore attention to detail in this Day 2 workout by trying "mini" versions of the exercises and then growing into them as we connect to the body.
This jam-packed class builds on Day 1 by introducing more exercises, including side kicks, the Series of Five ab exercises, and some weight bearing in planks and push ups. As always, take modifications when you need to and listen to your body. You can always go back to an exercise from earlier in the workout that felt good, but challenging, in your body.
